Her professional journey began in healthcare, where she spent more than 15 years as a registered nurse working in intensive care, trauma care, emergency medicine, and nursing leadership before transitioning into commercial real estate in 2005.

The experience Sheila gained in healthcare continues to shape the way she serves her clients. Whether she is guiding a healthcare provider through a medical office acquisition, helping a local entrepreneur find the right location, or assisting investors with commercial opportunities, she believes every transaction should be built on honesty, communication, and long-term relationships.
Sheila first established a strong foundation in residential investment and development. She later found her passion in commercial real estate and founded SJ Commercial Advisors to provide personalized, knowledgeable representation for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors across northern Minnesota.
Today, the brokerage specializes in commercial sales, leasing, investment properties, development opportunities, and healthcare real estate.
